In Entrepreneur Magazine, Jim Haggerty addresses the foundational mistakes in three of the year’s biggest scandals (Uber, United and Equifax)  that turned manageable events into a PR nightmare. He points out that all three crises dealt with issues central to the brand’s mission and these missteps should have been planned for, making the fumbled responses that turned the situation into a crisis inexcusable.
