Kailyn Myshrall is an Account Coordinator at PRCG | Haggerty LLC and its sports brand, PRCG | Sports.
Kailyn has a diverse background touching on legal, communications and collegiate sports issues. Among other distinctions, while in college Kailyn was chosen by the America East Conference as Student Athlete Chair, acting as liaison for the Conference and the NCAA, along with serving on the Conference’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She also served on the College Athlete NIL Drafting Committee with the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) in Chicago.
Kailyn was previously an intern at a marketing and brand management agency with a specialty in sports public relations. Among other assignments, she was responsible for social media strategy and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) business development for the firm, coordinating eight NCAA recruiting webinars.
Kailyn was a Division 1 Field Hockey athlete at the University of Vermont, where she graduated with a B.S. in Public Communication. She has received multiple awards at UVM, including her school’s Women’s Center Outstanding Athlete Award, and also started the She Roars Initiative for female empowerment. She served as the student-athlete representative appointed to the university’s Athletic Director’s Committee on Inclusive Excellence, which is dedicated to improving diversity efforts related to race, gender, and sexual orientation. While a student-athlete, Kailyn was chosen as the America East Conference Student-Athlete Chair, acting as liaison for the Conference with the NCAA. Kailyn served on several NCAA committees, including the D1 Modernization of Rules Committee, the Legislative Committee (on which she was the only student-athlete voice), and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
